84Primary Objective of Positions:
Ensure a safe and fun environment for students, staff, parents, and spectators participating in a youth t-ball league for children ages 3-5.
Job
Responsibilities:
Set up site and equipment for games; replace at the end of the day.
Assist, supervise and help train volunteer coaches; offer coaching support as needed.
Maintain game schedule.
Assist coaches in keeping games fun, safe, and under control.
Greet coaches, players, and parents before play begins; review game rules with coaches; welcome spectators, introduce teams, and announce games.
Maintain equipment.
Maintain First Aid Kit and issue items when needed.
Monitor fields and rest rooms for safety and appropriate use; be visible and accessible to users at all times; enforce District policies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:
Evidence of successful experience in working with young children.
Evidence of successful experience in program leadershipEvidence of excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Evidence of ability to handle multiple tasksCertified in First Aid and CPR.
